The hotel was fairly clean, stylish, had nice staff who was exceptional in terms of customer service. We were upgraded to a big size room with comfortable bed. It was in a riverside location, by the banks of the Ness...

I had an incredible stay with a welcome champagne and a fabulous meal in the Torrish restaurant that felt nearly Michelin star-worthy. The egg benedict was a highlight at breakfast! The room was just as dreamy as the photos showed, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely choose this place again!

Huge and perfect room with the patio and champagne plus a seating area outdoors, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Brilliant and pleasant location for our visit to Inverness Museum and Art Gallery at a walking distance from the hotel. Plenty of food options at a walking distance from the venue.

Peter was very helpful with directions, suggestions for our very short stay. We stayed in a family room, which was clean and met our needs for one night. One of the single beds was quite lumpy and my son slept on top of the duvet for added comfort. Breakfast was good but fruit salad would have given greater choice to those that don't want the full breakfast. Lovely, quiet location with large grounds overlooking the river and a short walk to town.

Consider asking for additional hooks in your room for convenience after returning from outings, especially during the rainy season.

The hotel location is great just a ten minute walk from the amenities in Inverness.Breakfasts are good. The staff are pleasant.
The smell of cigarettes in the bedroom, the dampness of the bed and the lack of hot water in the bathroom. The hotel has a lot of possibilities I am sure they must have better bedrooms!!! We must have been unlucky are all the rooms smoking rooms the staff must be at risk.
